The following criteria must be met:

Elderly (Senior Citizen): A person who is at least 62 years old.

Individual with Disability: A person who has an inability to engage in any substantial gainful activity, but with use of auxiliary apparatus can otherwise participate in gainful activity, by reason of any medically determinable physical and mental impairment.

Individual with a Handicap: A person with physical or mental impairment. The term handicap further means, with respect to a person, physical or mental impairment which substantially limits one or more major life activities, a record of such an impairment, or being regarded as having such as impairment. This term does not include current illegal use of or addiction to a controlled substance.

Safety Benefits:

All apartments are equipped with smoke detectors. Maintenance personnel are available for repairs. Home Health Services are also available.

Chloe Filfred serves as the Manager of White River Village, the Town of Rangely's dedicated senior housing community, where she oversees daily operations and supports residents in a warm, welcoming environment. She joined the Town of Rangely full-time in August 2024, bringing enthusiasm and a deep connection to the community.

Prior to her current role, Chloe worked seasonally for the Town, caring for the beautiful flowers and trees that line Main Street and enhance Rangely's charm. A lifelong Rangely native and proud graduate of the local schools, she grew up alongside her two sisters and one brother in the heart of this close-knit town.

Chloe truly embodies the Rangely spirit—she loves the small-town vibe, the genuine sense of community, and the endless opportunities for adventure in the great outdoors. An avid outdoor enthusiast, her favorite activities include hiking the stunning trails, camping under the stars, skiing the nearby slopes, and simply soaking in the wide-open spaces and natural beauty that surround Rangely.

With her local roots, hands-on experience, and genuine passion for the community, Chloe is committed to ensuring White River Village remains a comfortable, supportive home for our seniors. She looks forward to continuing to serve and strengthen Rangely for years to come.
