Utility Billing, a division of the Finance Department, collects fees for gas, water, and sewer services. Fees collected for these services are placed into funds that are used solely to fund each service.
Utility Rate Schedule
Utility Billing is responsible for maintaining positive customer relations during connection, disconnection, billing, and payment collections of utility services. Utility Billing handles requests to stop and start services, answers customer's inquiries concerning their accounts, and handling of all billing maintenance necessary to send accurate and timely bills to our customers.
