The Building and Grounds staff work constantly to plan, improve, and maintain the infrastructure and amenities of the town. They perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled custodial and maintenance tasks in public buildings as well as on public grounds.

E-mail: Kelli NeibergerKelli Neiberger is the Supervisor for the Town of Rangely's Gas Department, Building and Grounds as well as the Town’s Safety Coordinator. Kelli was born and raised in Rangely and has lived in Rangely nearly all of her life. She loves our small Town!
The Town of Rangely owns and operates a natural gas system. Kelli has been working for the Gas Department for 23 years and has been the supervisor for almost 12. She has supervised Building and Grounds for about 4 years and has been the Safety Coordinator for 10 years.
Kelli enjoys serving the community and being part of what she considers to be an amazing group of employees, at the Gas Department and in other departments of the Town as well. She considers herself lucky to live in a community of people who genuinely care about each other and who appreciate the good things we have for a community the size of Rangely.
Kellie and her team, which she considers to be awesome, work together to operate and maintain the gas system in a safe and efficient manner. They have worked very hard to build one of the best small municipal gas systems in the country and are always looking for ways to improve the Town’s facilities and outside areas, taking pride in what they do and always remaining safety conscious. She is proud to call Rangely home and the Town her place of employment.
