Jeff LeBleu is the Supervisor for the Department of Public Works.  He is a Rangely native, graduating from Rangely High School.  Since being hired by the Town of Rangely in 1984, he has risen through the ranks and currently oversees a wide range of vital projects including waterline installations, street maintenance, and other projects essential to Rangely’s way of life.   

His commitment to maintaining Rangely’s aesthetic and infrastructure reflects his belief that it is essential to complete tasks correctly the first time, which fosters community pride and operational efficiency. With a dedicated team, which we have, and necessary equipment upgrades, he effectively manages seasonal challenges with confidence, ensuring our town remains a wonderful place to live.
