Rangely Economic Development
Jeannie Caldwell serves as the Marketing and Economic Development Coordinator for the Town of Rangely, a role she has held since January 2020. In this position, she passionately promotes Rangely as a vibrant place to live, work, and visit while providing dedicated support to businesses looking to relocate, expand, or thrive in our community.
Originally from a small rural town in southeastern Kentucky, Jeannie relocated to Colorado about fifteen years ago. For the first 8½ years in the state, she worked remotely for a Cincinnati, Ohio-based company as a Product Manager, where she oversaw product development and led the sales team with a focus on strategy and growth.
Jeannie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University, where she was awarded a full two-year academic scholarship and named Business Student of the Year during her junior year.
She is married to James Caldwell and together they enjoy a blended family of six children and nine grandchildren. In her free time, Jeannie loves traveling to scenic destinations, spending quality time with family, and embracing the wide-open spaces and natural beauty that make Rangely so special.
Beyond her Town role, Jeannie serves as Executive Director of TREAD (the Rangely Main Street Program), leading efforts to revitalize our downtown and strengthen local commerce. She is also a valued Board Member of the RDA/RDC, contributing to economic vitality and community development initiatives.
Jeannie's blend of business expertise, leadership, and genuine enthusiasm for Rangely helps drive our town's growth and welcoming spirit. We are fortunate to have her as part of our team!
