I am Kelli Neiberger, Supervisor for the Town of Rangely's Gas Department, Building and Grounds as well as the Town’s Safety Coordinator.

The Town of Rangely owns and operates its natural gas system. I have been working for the Gas Department for 23 years and have been the supervisor for almost 12.  I have supervised Building and Grounds for about 4 years and have been the Safety Coordinator for 10 years. I was born and raised in Rangely and have lived here nearly all my life. What can I say, I love this small Town.

I truly enjoy serving the community and being part of what I consider to be an amazing group of employees, at the Gas Department and in other departments of the Town as well.  We are lucky to live in a community of people who genuinely care about each other and who appreciate the good things we have for a community of our size.

We have a great team, and I hope to keep it that way.  We all work together to operate and maintain the gas system in a safe and efficient manner. We have worked very hard to build one of the best small municipal gas systems in the country. We are always looking for ways to improve our Town’s facilities and outside areas. Our employees take pride in what they do and are very safety conscious. I am proud to call Rangely home and the Town my place of employment.
