Long Term Care Facility
Rangely District Hospital's Long-Term Care Facility
Rangely District Hospital's Long-Term Care Facility provides compassionate, personalized care in a warm, family-like setting. With 14 dedicated beds, the facility serves a diverse range of residents, many of whom require assistance with daily activities (ADLs) due to limited mobility or other health needs.
Residents enjoy a beautiful, enclosed patio available for use at any time, offering a serene space to relax and connect with the outdoors. On-site services enhance comfort and convenience, including clinic visits, dental care, mental health support, and hair appointments.
A dedicated and creative Activities Director leads engaging programs designed to keep residents active, socially involved, and stimulated.
The caring team includes one RN or LPN, three nurse aides, and an on-call physician, ensuring responsive support whenever needed. Additional therapies—such as physical therapy and speech therapy—are readily available to help maintain or improve residents' well-being.
True to the spirit of the Rangely community, the facility fosters a genuine family atmosphere. Many staff members have known residents long before their arrival, creating deep, trusting relationships built on familiarity, respect, and heartfelt care.
