The latest edition of the Rangely Review captures the heartwarming holiday spirit and ongoing pride of this tight-knit northwestern Colorado community.The highlight is the "Fun Old-Fashioned Family Christmas Parade" held on December 11, themed around the classic film National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation.
