Dispatcher Dylan LeBleu is a proud Rangely native who joined the Rangely Police Department in October 2022. A graduate of Rangely High School—home of the Panthers—he discovered his passion for sports there, competing in baseball, basketball, and other activities. He went on to play college baseball at Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC), where he also pursued an associate’s degree in criminal justice, fueling his longstanding interest in law enforcement.

A dedicated sports enthusiast, Dylan remains active in a local cornhole league, where he competes alongside talented players—including semi-professional "tossers" in Oklahoma—and enthusiastically supports Colorado's professional teams. Deeply committed to his community, he volunteers as an assistant coach for the Rangely High School baseball team, helping mentor the next generation of Panthers.

As a true lifelong local, Dylan enjoys unwinding with classic Rangely pursuits: hunting alongside his brother and tackling the region's renowned off-roading trails and rock-crawling spots.

Looking to the future, Dylan is focused on advancing his education and career in law enforcement, with aspirations to become a fully commissioned officer. He is particularly excited about the opportunity to join a K9 unit and one day serve as a handler—combining his strong community ties with the rewarding partnership and responsibilities of working alongside a police dog.
