Robby Elam is a lifelong Rangely native, born and raised in the community he proudly calls home. A dedicated family man, he has been married to his wife, Trilby, for 16 years. Together, they are raising their two energetic sons, Bryson and Keyton, and cherish the opportunity to build their family life in such a close-knit town.
Robby currently serves as Facilities Supervisor for Utah Gas Corporation, contributing to the energy industry that supports our region. A proud graduate of Rangely High School (Class of 2001), he continued his education at Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC).
Deeply connected to Rangely’s culture and traditions, Robby enjoys the outdoor lifestyle that defines our area—camping, fishing, hunting, riding side-by-sides, golfing, and playing cornhole. He is also actively involved in youth sports, regularly coaching his children’s teams and giving back to the next generation.
As a newly elected Town Trustee, Robby is committed to serving Rangely with the same neighborly spirit that has shaped his life here. He values the small-town charm that makes Rangely special and is dedicated to fostering responsible growth while preserving the strong sense of community, kindness, and mutual support that turns neighbors into lifelong friends. Robby looks forward to helping ensure Rangely remains a welcoming place where everyone feels at home.
