Tim Webber has served on the Rangely Town Council since October 2020, bringing his expertise in recreation, community planning, and public service to help shape the town's future.
 
As Executive Director of the Western Rio Blanco Metropolitan Recreation & Park District, Tim leads efforts to enhance recreational opportunities, facilities, and programs that benefit residents across the region. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Parks and Recreation from Mankato State University (now Minnesota State University, Mankato), with a focus on Leisure Planning and Management and a minor in Corrections. 
 
Originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan, Tim relocated to Rangely and has fully embraced the community alongside his wife, Annette. Together, they have raised two sons and one daughter, contributing to local initiatives and building strong ties in our small town.
 
Tim enjoys connecting with residents—often accompanied by his dog, "Bucket"—and pursues woodworking as a creative outlet, specializing in handcrafted cribbage boards that reflect his attention to detail and craftsmanship.
 
With his background in parks and recreation management, Tim is committed to fostering a vibrant, active community in Rangely. He is dedicated to supporting initiatives that improve quality of life, promote outdoor recreation, and strengthen local engagement for all residents.
