Utility Accounts Receivable
Utility Accounts Receivable is located at Town Hall at 209 E. Main Street in Rangely, Colorado. Utility bills are processed the first week of each month. Meters are normally read on or about the 20th of each month. Payments are due on the last day of the month following the billing.

Accounts Receivable is responsible for cash inflows for the town. They manage invoicing, payment collections, and cash applications either directly or in conjunction with other town departments.

You may pay your utility bill in person at Town Hall which is located at 209 East Main Street, via phone by calling (970) 675-8476 or Online Payments can be made by cash, check, money order, VISA or MasterCard. Credit or debit card payments may be made over the phone.

The Town of Rangely operates under a strict identity theft policy, all forms must be brought into the Municipal building with proof of ID before they will be processed.
