Rio Blanco County, which the Town of Rangely is part of, ranked 25th out of 64 counties in Colorado. They also took the 456th spot Nationwide among approximately 3,000 counties which were assessed.
The metrics for the assessment include items such as the economy, internet access, housing vacancies, population health, the environment and public safety.
