Code Enforcement Officer - 6.17

There is created the position of code enforcement officer, who shall be an employee of the Town designated by and whose responsibilities shall be determined by the chief of police. If any of the provisions of Title 6 Animals wherein the same refer to the code enforcement officer as the enforcing officer thereof, the provisions may, in like manner, be enforced by any officer of the Town police department.
