Safety to Police and/or the Public - 6.19

Nothing in Title 6 Animals shall be construed to prevent the code enforcement officer from taking whatever action is reasonably necessary, including, but not restricted to, immediate destruction of an offending animal to protect his person or members of the public from injury by any animal.

The owner of such animal shall have no recourse against the officer or the Town or its agents for actions taken pursuant to Title 6 Animals.
