Sanitation - 6.16

For the protection of the public health, it shall be the duty of every person who keeps any animal or fowl within the Town at all times to maintain the premises where any such animal or fowl is kept in a sanitary condition to prevent the hatching of fly or insect larvae and to prevent offensive odors from emanating therefrom.

All fecal waste shall be removed as necessary from the premises and shall be placed in fly-tight containers and kept closed at all times. The contents of the containers shall be removed from the Town no less frequently than weekly.
